기기 모델, iOS 버전, 문제가 생긴 화면(봇 대전·온라인·상점 등)을 함께 적어 주시면 더 빨리 도와드릴 수 있어요.

Please include your device model, iOS version and the screen where the issue happened (bot match, online, shop…).

구매한 꾸미기가 사라졌어요. 꾸미기 화면의 "구매 복원(Restore Purchases)"을 눌러 주세요. 골드 팩 같은 소모성 상품은 복원되지 않습니다.
환불하고 싶어요. Apple "문제 신고"(reportaproblem.apple.com)에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
온라인 대전에서 상대가 안 잡혀요. 20초 안에 상대가 없으면 봇과 자동으로 대전이 시작됩니다. 인터넷 연결을 확인해 주세요.
광고를 봤는데 골드가 안 들어와요. 광고를 끝까지 봐야 100골드가 들어오고, 하루 2번까지입니다. "광고를 불러오지 못했어요"는 그 시점에 보여 줄 광고가 없다는 뜻이라 잠시 뒤 다시 눌러 주세요.
선물이 안 왔어요. 받는 사람이 메인 메뉴에 들어오면 우편함에 뜹니다. 보낸 쪽은 받는 사람의 친구 코드(OA-XXXX)가 맞는지 확인해 주세요.
진행을 처음부터 다시 하고 싶어요. 설정 → 진행 초기화. 골드·보유 무기·꾸미기·전적이 모두 지워집니다.

My purchased cosmetics are missing. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Customize screen. Consumables such as gold packs cannot be restored.
I want a refund. Use Apple's Report a Problem.
No opponent in online match. If no one joins within 20 seconds, a bot match starts automatically. Check your connection.
I watched an ad but got no gold. The ad must be watched to the end; 100 gold, up to twice a day. "Ad could not be loaded" means no ad was available right then — try again later.
My gift did not arrive. Gifts appear in the recipient's mailbox when they open the main menu. Senders should double-check the friend code (OA-XXXX).
I want to start over. Settings → Reset Progress clears gold, weapons, cosmetics and match records.
