Skybreaker Terms of Use (iOS)
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of Skybreaker (the "Game"), a mobile game provided by Pentations (펜테이션스) (the "Developer"), and set out the rights and responsibilities of the Developer and you.
2. Acceptance and Changes
- By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
- The Developer may update these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Changes and their effective date will be posted on this page or in the Game at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using and delete the Game. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
3. The Service
- No account registration is required to play the Game.
- Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple Game Center, and progress sync through Apple iCloud. These features are subject to Apple's own terms and policies, and you can play the Game without signing in to them.
- The Developer may change the Game's content (stages, balance, items, etc.) through updates to improve it.
4. In-Game Currency and Items
- Points, equipment (paddles and balls), revive tokens, moons and other items obtained in the Game ("In-Game Items") are a limited license for use within the Game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for money or any other item.
- In-Game Items are stored on your device and in your iCloud account. If you delete the Game, or change devices without iCloud enabled, some progress such as points may not be recoverable.
- Purchased non-consumable items (equipment) can be restored on the same Apple ID using "Restore Purchases". Consumable items (revive tokens) are used up when consumed and cannot be restored.
5. Purchases
- If the Developer offers paid items, they are sold only through In-App Purchase on the Apple App Store. Payment, billing and receipts are handled by Apple, and prices are as shown on the App Store.
- Some equipment becomes available for purchase only after you reach a cumulative score requirement in the Game. The requirement and price are shown on the item screen.
- If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the minor or guardian may cancel it as permitted by applicable law.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Paid items are digital content delivered and usable immediately upon purchase. Under applicable consumer protection laws, the right to withdraw may be limited for items that have been used or delivered, and this is disclosed on the item screen and in these Terms.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies. You can request a refund through Apple's "Report a Problem" (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- If a purchase is completed but the item is not delivered due to a problem on the Developer's side, please contact us (Section 10) and we will deliver the item or take appropriate action after verification.
6-2. Advertising
- The Game may include ads provided by third-party ad services such as Google AdMob. In the current version, a rewarded ad plays only when you choose to watch one on the Game Over screen.
- Rewards for watching an ad (such as an extra life) are given only when the ad is watched to the end. The number of ads you can watch and the rewards follow what is shown in the Game and may change in updates.
- Ads may be unavailable depending on your network, ad inventory or region, and the Developer does not guarantee that ads will always be available.
- Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and for any third-party websites, apps or products reached through them. The Developer is not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.
- Information processed to deliver ads is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your Conduct
You must not:
- reverse engineer or modify the Game, or manipulate scores, items or rankings using unauthorized programs or methods;
- intentionally exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
- copy, distribute or sell the Game or any part of it without the Developer's permission;
- use a Game Center nickname or other means to infringe others' rights or act against the law or public order.
If such conduct is found, the Developer may remove or restrict the related records (such as leaderboard scores).
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including graphics, music, sound effects, software and text, is owned by the Developer. You may use the Game only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Changes to the Service and Limitation of Liability
- The Developer may change or discontinue all or part of the Game for compatibility, operational or technical reasons, and will give advance notice where possible.
- The Developer is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its responsibility, such as natural disasters, outages of Apple services (App Store, Game Center, iCloud) or third-party ad services, or problems with your device or network, except for damages caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence.
- To the extent permitted by law, the free portions of the Game are provided "as is", without warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Apple
- These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
- You may use the Game only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support, warranties, product claims, and any third-party intellectual property claims relating to the Game. If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price to the extent permitted by law.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The Developer and you will try in good faith to resolve any dispute relating to the Game. If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may bring a claim before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
